This presentation will showcase how the Humane Society of the United States successful integrates social media into its planned giving marketing program. The case study will demonstrate to the audience  the immediate and positive impacts in gift expectancies, planned giving leads and new donor acquisition. Attendees will be provided with immediate steps on how to integrate social media into their marketing practices.
