This highly interactive session presents three case studies.  First, a donor is trying to understand the differences between a large CRAT or CGA and the costs and benefits of each decision.  Next, a donor wishes to fund a CGA with S-Corp stock or real estate and wants to understand the options and creative planning techniques.  Finally, the same donor does not think she will ever need the income, but wants to know if there are any creative options that will allow her to choose to take the income or give another major gift in the future.
